Good morning, Supper Club folks and supporters!

I hope you’re all surviving this snowy morning.

My intention was to have this week’s menu out today, but a head cold has me feeling a bit fuzzy, so it may be released tomorrow instead. That said, we’re making real progress in developing Sabin’s Supper Club into what I originally envisioned.

Our new POS system will be launching this week, which will allow us to offer online ordering and online payments. With that will come a few changes and details we can discuss soon.

I’m also considering two updates to our supper club format. First, we may move to a monthly staple menu, complemented by a few weekly specials, to make ordering and planning easier for everyone. Second, I’m exploring the possibility of adding a warm pickup option on Monday evenings from 4:30–5:45 PM.

Currently, our meals are delivered fully prepared and packaged to be reheated at home. With this new option, while we’re out delivering, someone would be available for pickup so you can receive your food warm and ready—just needing a quick touch-up once you’re home. This format would allow us to include dishes that don’t require reheating or extra work on your part.

Our goal has always been to provide a no-hassle start to your week, helping take the pressure off and offering a few dishes that carry you comfortably through the early part of the week.

I’d love to hear your thoughts. We’re aiming to increase our weekly orders by 30% over the next four weeks as we work toward our 2026 goals.

Thank you all for your continued support and kind words. And please remember—if there’s ever something you didn’t enjoy, a packaging issue, or something you’d like to see improved, feel free to send me a private message. I truly value the feedback as we fine-tune things week after week. No one loves hearing that something wasn’t quite right, but trust me—no one is more critical of the details than I am.

Looking ahead to summer, we’re also exploring the addition of fresh seafood offerings and meal kits you can prepare later in the week—from simple one-pot pasta dishes to sandwich kits for families feeding kids, spouses, or partners heading to work.

Thank you again for all the love, trust, and support. It means more than you know.
